It is a way for people who want to achieve a specific weight loss/gain target. It is a follow up package that continues for 6 months. Patients need to give all updates about their outing. We customized that particular food also, so that patients can enjoy outside food too. It is based on a 6 months diet maintenance diet plan.

In this plan Dietitian Sharmistha will decide how many months you need to achieve the target weight. You need to share your basic information like Age, height, Present weight, Any other medical problem, Working Status etc.
